VIP, Safari and Avon) were also asked on 16.11.2009 to intimate the reasons for their not quoting. Response has been received only from M/s. Avon, informing that they were not aware about the registration with C I India for on-line process. This has now been done and they have requested for refloating of tender enquiry. The tender enquiry is being re-floated. |
