in the ISQM Hall (3rd floor), DGS&D, Jeevan Tara Building,
Parliament Street, New Delhi under the Chairmanship of
DG(S&D).
In continuation of this Directorate’s letters of even number dated 1.9.2008 on the above mentioned subject, the agenda for the said meeting is enclosed. The Meeting will be held in ISQM Hall of DGS&D (3rd floor) instead of the Conference Hall as indicated in the above referred letter. You are requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting.

In the last tender floated, there was no response from Trade. Item has been recommended for dropping by DS&D Kolkata.

Subsequently clarifications were received from CPCB and ARAI that no norms have been stipulated for LPG based gensets. CCM was again held on 22-7-08 and firms have been asked to furnish test reports. |

QA Wing have expressed their inability to settle the issue and case has been submitted to examine the issue as the item had been on R/C for more than one year and supplies were accepted through inspection by QA Wing. |
