Information Officer u/s 5 (2) and the 1st Appellate Authority u/s/
19 (1) of the Right to Information Act,2005 in respect of Directorate General
of Supplies & Disposals was notified vide Notification No.
J-11025/01/2008/A-5 dated 12/06/2008. As per Para 2 of the said Notification
the present incumbent as and when replaced by another persons, that new
incumbents will automatically be the CPIO/CAPIO/1st Appellate Authority,
as the case may be. Accordingly, the
