DOCUMENTS TO BE ENCLOSED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM AND IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1) Copy of valid agreement between the Indian Agent and the foreign principal duly signed by both the parties and attested by a Notary Public. Agreement should invariably include the following: -
a) Date of appointment of the sole/exclusive agent:

c) Percentage of Agency Commission:
d) Authority to commit and sign on behalf of the foreign Principal:
e) Agency Commission payment in Rupee only
f) Area/Place for which the agreement is valid:
h) Certificate of the Foreign Principal for adequacy of the after sales service facilities of the Indian Agent for their stores and also for their back up support towards supply of spares.

i) Copy of Partnership deed duly authenticated by notary public
ii) Power of Attorney in respect of partner, if any duly notarized.
iii) Certified copy of Entry Form A from the Registrar of firms, duly notarized.
4) Copy of current and Valid Income Tax Clearance certificate duly notarized on the last page.
6) Affidavit of banning on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs 5/- duly notarized. (Sample enclosed at Annexure-3A).
7) Performance against orders placed by DGS&D /Central Govt. Deptt./State Govt. Deptt. Public Sector undertakings, if any.
8) Application form fee coupon of Rs.100/- or Indian Postal Order for Rs.100/- payable to DGS&D, New Delhi in lieu of application form fee alongwith processing fee Rs.5000 /- in form of Demand Draft payable to DGS&D, New Delhi. For additional items full registration charges will be leviable. (No application form-fee charges will be applicable if the application form is downloaded from the website)
9) If office premises is on rent, please enclose rent receipt and lease deed duly notarized.
10) Copy of Power of Attorney duly notarized where applicable.
11) Catalogue of stores printed abroad duly marked item Number as per application.
12) Processing fee will be valid for six months from date of receipt of application.
